The Specs

After a short introduction and a 'what is in the box', you might wonder what nVidia's new chip, the TNT2 really is.
What more does it offer to you than its predecessor, the TNT and what is an Ultra-TNT 2 really?

So, for all the specification freaks, here is the complete list of features that the Ultra TNT2 has. After the 'specs' I will give you more details regarding its clock/memory and of course its AGP speed.

As you can see, this list of features is just amazing! The TNT2 is really a next-generation chip that has a full list of high advanced 3D-features which will be used in todays and tomorrows games.

Another impressive table is the maximum '2D display modes' that this Ultra-TNT2 can pull. The TNT2 can give you a very high and crisp resolution, thanks to its 300Mhz RAMDAC. Even on high resolutions, for example 1600x1200, the screen is still flicker-free!
Just take a look at the following table and if you have a large monitor (+17inch) you'll be very pleased.

So, we all agree. The Ultra-TNT2 chip can handle very high resolutions with a flicker-free screen. To obtain a flicker-free screen, you must have a frequency of 75Mhz or more.
Like I already mentioned, if you do have a large monitor or you'll buy one soon, the Xentor 32 won't let you down if it comes to a crystal clear 2d image output @ very high resolutions!
