Earth has generally stayed the same. The only new charges are some new technology, a world ruler named 'Father Prime', inter-dimensional gateways to Hell and is generally smellier, dirtier and meaner. It has gotten to the point where God wants to finally clean it up. So he sends his Cherub, Bob to earth to be its Messiah. Along with his plane ticket, Bob is given the power of possession, the ability to leap into a living creature and posses all knowledge and abilities of that creature. Welcome to Messiah. The Manual The manual included the basic abilities in the game, like moving about, gliding, and possession. It includes the basic character classes and general instructions on how to act in the game world. Unfortunately, it also include all the weapons types you may encounter in the game, making weapon discovery exciting, but not surprising. Possession is the Law! Right off the bat, the game is exciting. After plunging to the earth, Bob starts off on his journey to save the world from Father Prime. In fact, Father Prime abducted Satan from Hell through a dimensional portal. As you progress through the game, you meet new character classes, not all hostile to you, but most of them don't understand you and your purpose here on earth. Though wandering around the world is fun, it isn't open to different routes, there is a set path that you must take to complete the game. Though the first two times I played the game were a lot of fun, the replay value of the game significantly reduces on the third or so try.    Although the game was extremely enjoyable, it wasn't long enough. The levels, though complex were too locked in place for any real RPG elements. If the developer Shiny Entertainment makes an add-on, or a sequel, they should take into consideration that the game needs a longer total playing time, and requires more additional features. Control, Absolute! The in-game controls are comprehensive for the game. They are intricate enough to do more that navigate, but do not weigh you down with an excessive amount of controls. The best and most important button in the game is the 'possess button', and what possession of a character leads to. Your basic control system is based on Bob, but each different character has a slightly different movement style.    Some characters have different hand-to-hand combat moves. Ex: cops will fistfight, while hookers will simply knee you. Other characters have different jumping abilities.
